Invited Reviews and Book Chapters

Some of these were reviewed but all were invited reviews, denoted with an R before the number. Those in Journals are indexed and show up in Web of Science, but Book chapters often do not, and may not have DOI number, but are on Google Scholar. Numbering reflects how they appeared in a chronological list based on submission, but book chapters often come out much later, making the ordering strange at times.
