Tim Keiderling Endowed Biophysical Chemistry Award Fund

As you may remember, often it is difficult for graduate students to get Research support in the summer months or to get funds to present research results at national or international meetings or even to visit other labs or research centers to get additional data or learn new techniques. This Fund was established by Tim Keiderling in conjunction with the College of liberal Arts and Sciences, and is administered by the University of Illinois Foundation to provide supplemental support for graduate students in the Chemistry Department at UIC doing Biophysical Chemical PhD research for such needs as they arise.

If you would like to contribute any amount to the Fund and assist our Graduate Students, there are two different ways to act:

  • You may make a gift on the Chemistry Department giving page.

  • You can make a gift by check or money order payable to the “University of Illinois Foundation.”

In the memo line of the check, include the name of the fund and fund #

UIC Tim Keiderling Endowed Biophysical Chemistry Award Fund - 12777153

For this option, the mailing address is:

University of Illinois Foundation

P.O. Box 734500

Chicago, IL 60673-4500

Thanks so much for helping our students

 -Tim
